To help the College address space issues and expand relationships with the local business community, Ayers/Saint/Gross studied options for development of a business school that would build better physical connections to downtown.

While the study details solutions to academic issues, it also addresses fundamental problems like the variable subsurface conditions on the proposed site, a campus infrastructure at maximum capacity, and many years of construction around the University's symbolic core.
