This arts complex is a multi-level facility built on a site formerly occupied by a surface parking lot. It has rehearsal and performance space, music practice rooms, performer and stage support areas, and public venues. It also accommodates instructional needs and provides space for campus and community events.

Among the features:
  • 450-seat proscenium theater
  • 200-seat recital hall
  • 300-seat music rehearsal hall
  • Theater rehearsal room
  • 32 music practice rooms
  • Administrative offices

The capacity to accept a 42.000 gsf, 800-seat concert hall is part of the design.

The project was part of a two-phase program that began with the construction of a 750- car, 220,000 gsf parking garage on five levels.
