Ayers / Saint / Gross provided the University of Georgia with master planning, programming and conceptual design for a new Terry College of Business complex. The project included programming, site design, and building massing for a new 342,000 GSF business complex to be constructed on a six acre site adjacent to the student center and undergraduate classroom buildings. The project includes three phases: an Undergraduate Classroom and Faculty Building, a Classroom and Administration Building and a Graduate and MBA Classroom Building. When completed, this complex is intended to be the first step in the redevelopment of the Northwest Campus Precinct

In addition, Ayers / Saint / Gross provided conceptual design for the first phase building, the Graduate and MBA Classroom Building. This facility incorporates:

  • Six case study classrooms
  • One flexible classroom
  • Trading room
  • Individual and team study rooms
  • A reception hall
  • Food service
  • Student lounge and locker areas
  • A Recruiting suite
  • Administrative office suites

The building will provide a flexible learning environment in support of the graduate students and faculty.
