As the oldest fully accredited art college in the nation, MICA maintains its prestige by planning programs within the context of its urban setting. Enrollment, curriculum innovations, and faculty achievements continue to grow at this top-ranked institution.

ASG provided a comprehensive campus plan to guide MICA in meeting space needs to strengthen its programs and anticipate future demands. Included in the plan are strategies for building locations, shifting infrastructure needs, property acquisition, campus identity, and open space design.

The process involved the faculty, students, alumni, administration, board, neighborhoods, and the City of Baltimore.
