The Bryn Mawr School

After completing a mosaic donor plaque for The Bryn Mawr School's North Building, Ayers/Saint/Gross was asked to design a corresponding interior signage package for the building. This package included signs displaying room numbers, classroom names, and donor names. Restroom, closet, lobby, and stair signs were also designed.

Sign materials included:

• Oxidized bronze plates
• Black acrylic plates
• Translucent acrylic plates
• Black acrylic lettering
• Matte finish metal knobs

These materials were layered on top of each other to create a substantial sign that also reflected the elegant style of the school. A leaf print was used on the face of the signs to match the design of the donor plaque.

Ayers/Saint/Gross also provided temporary signage for the North Building while the final pieces were being constructed.
