Communication is central to a project's success, for the client and for ASG, from media relations and 3D visualization models to publications. The firm also produces materials that clients use to engage stakeholders and generate philosophical and financial support.

ASG values clear communications in preparing and presenting projects across all of its studios. The graphics, 3D visualization and writing team produces tools such as publications, media relations, digital models and Web materials. These products are not only used by the firm, clients find them useful in engaging stakeholders and generating philosophical and financial support.

Graphic Design

Ayers/Saint/Gross is proud to offer in-house graphic design services. Unlike other firms, we design, produce, and oversee the printing of all graphic productions. The Graphic Design studio produces reports, brochures, displays, and signage that are creative, professional and effective in conveying each projects unique goals and identity.

Our staff works closely w/ the project team, client, and other key stakeholders, to create a unique identity that will contribute to the success of our clients’ projects - it is this collaborative approach to design that fuels our group’s creative solutions.

Writing

Writing is a significant support service within ASG’s culture. Internally, the firm’s writer contributes to the marketing effort through concept development, publications, letters, media relations, the Web site, and proposals. The style and tone of these pieces also serve as guides for written communications by all staff members.

Externally, writing is valuable in translating the complexities of our profession for diverse audiences, including clients and their stakeholders as well as the general public. Materials in this category are produced in collaboration with ASG’s graphics and 3D visualization teams and clients’ senior leadership and/or public affairs offices. They include reports and other tools for boards of trustees, legislators, and donors; executive summaries and planning reports; the firm’s magazine, Creating Intellectual Communities; materials to enhance clients’ fund-raising efforts in support of ASG’s project recommendations; brochures; stories for clients’ alumni magazines and Web sites; articles in trade publications; book chapters; and presentations at association and academic meetings.

Visualization

Our visual imaging studio is committed to the advancement of ASG’s planning and design solutions by leveraging 3D and building information modeling technologies. The character and style of imagery is tailored to each solution and client.

Visualizing the building, landscape, interior, or master planning design accurately in three dimensions allows ASG to effectively communicate design solutions from early concept through construction administration. 3D modeling also allows ASG’s architects and designers to produce a range of visual styles, from sketchy to highly polished still renderings and walk-through animations.
