This concept/feasibility study will recommend the most effective way to renovate the existing residence hall built in 1880. It consists of mainly traditional double rooms with gang baths. Options include, but are not limited to, adding a fitness center on the ground floor while updating most of the rooms to more of a semi-suite type with two doubles sharing a common bathroom. Other amenities may include a laundry room, kitchen and lounge per floor. Many options will be explored, providing Mount St. Mary's with a knowledge base from which to better guide their courses of action.
