ASG conducted a study for a college town development in University Circle, Cleveland's one-mile hub of education, the arts, health care, religion, research, and service. Case Western Reserve University is a significant partner in the effort to restore and expand the area.

The property ASG studied was an underutilized surface parking lot on the city's historic main street. The design team presented a mixed-use development, primarily with residential units, ground floor retail, and parking. The four- or five-story buildings can redefine the street wall while courtyards between them provide gathering spaces for community events.
