ASG developed residential design guidelines for this New Urbanist development, beginning with documentation of five types of historic residential buildings and then developing graphic codes to ensure that new homes in the community emulate these types. Sizes range from 900 to 4,000 square feet.

Prescriptive codes regulated lot sizes, building setbacks, building disposition on the lot, frontage type, height, parking and garage zones, and outbuilding location and size.

A handbook was prepared for future homebuyers and homebuilders to explain the urban and architectural design guidelines.
