Pratt Street is the major boulevard of the City of Baltimore, serving as a connection point to many of the city’s important districts. The master plan for Pratt Street is based on a simple system of block transformation. Existing planted berms will be removed to make way for more standard streetscape and expanded storefront retail. The plan addresses transportation, retail & office infill, streetscapes, landscaping, sustainability, water, infrastructure and economic concerns.
