The design of Camden Wharf established several directives: to create a signature building with visibility from all sides, provide access to an improved waterfront park, and create a gateway to the city. Ayers Saint Gross provided master planning, architectural and landscape design services for this 11-acre waterfront site with 1,600,000 GSF of buildings. The plan integrates commercial office space, retail space, a transit center, a waterfront park, an urban plaza, recreational piers, a bike trail, athletic fields and courts, and structured parking.
