Ayers Saint Gross (ASG) was selected to collaborate on the site planning and lead architectural design of a new community along the I-95 corridor in White Marsh, MD. Prominently situated at the business gateway to the greater National Capital District, this project is the single largest Planned Unit Development in Baltimore County. ASG plans to create a destination community of retail, office, residential and hospitality, and seeks to attain LEED ND certification through a variety of sustainable pursuits. The vision is a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment centered on several public plazas and green spaces.
