The University of Maryland Baltimore relocated the Office of the President and University Counsel to the fourteenth floor of the Saratoga Office Complex. The President’s office includes views of the campus, research park, and downtown Baltimore. The move inspired additional renovation including the main lobby which received newly accented architectural features, the addition of a new board room with audio visual systems to accommodate Board of Regent meetings for the University System of Maryland, a new space plan which consolidated existing offices with adjacency adjustments to the fourteenth and thirteen floors, and a new ground floor conference room converted from a former break room.
