"A successful quality assurance program must be practiced, updated, and backed up everyday."
At each step in a project - and many times in between - ASG architects who specialize in QA check and double-check the status of each job's requirements.
That's a fulltime responsibility for our LEED-accredited QA team members, all of whom have the technical knowledge and experience to spot problems and find solutions. These standards also apply to our sub-consultants.
Before initiating each project, clients receive a written outline of the QA process. Several project management techniques are used, with the Project Director responsible for oversight of all procedures. Following the procedures is the responsibility of each project team member.
The ASG technique includes these elements:
Individuals who are not an ongoing part of the project are involved in checking this last element, after which inconsistencies are resolved and the drawings and specifications are updated.
LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accreditation means our QA team is knowledgeable in developing high-performance. The result is energy efficiency, water savings, and indoor environmental quality.
