The 1908 plan included a "court of honor" in front of Bascom Hall (then University Hall) and an obelisk at the east base of Bascom Hill. The 1927 plan included a lighthouse and hte subtraction of the Armory and the law building. And a 1941 plan was the first to include an art museum and gallery - where Memorial Library stands today.
