"We encourage staff members to work collaboratively while expanding the boundaries of their skills."
At the core of our firm are talented, energetic people who thrive in an environment that encourages collaboration and stresses solutions that go beyond the obvious.
We believe strongly in staff development to prepare everyone for the challenges of doing outstanding work for demanding clients. These learning opportunities frequently come from collaboration with colleagues in the Ayers/Saint/Gross studios, but there are many formal offerings as well. The Ayers/Saint/Gross Academy is led by a group of staff members who organize sessions with other staff members or outside experts as speakers. One recent example is the sustainability seminar prepared by the Ayers/Saint/Gross landscape studio.
Ayers/Saint/Gross also believes in giving back, which is why so many people in the firm participate in local and national professional associations, teach at community colleges and universities, lecture, and publish. We partner with a number of public schools through time, funds, and energy. The firm also supports architecture programs at the University of Maryland, Syracuse University, and the University of Arizona.
And we have a good time. Everyone loves Ayers/Saint/Gross softball season, and the annual
crab feast is a Maryland-style picnic that includes family and friends
of all ages.
We encourage you to be in touch so we can discuss these and many other
opportunities. Contact Glenn Birx at 410-347-8500 or at resume@asg-architects.com.
